Web Repository

Should you have a voluminous amount of information that is too much to host on your server, we can store it in our web repository. All files will be easily accessible 24/7, but include password encryption for the utmost security. This service is also a great benefit for attorneys while working from a remote location.

Native File Processing

We take documents in a variety of files (Word, Excel, etc.) and convert them into tiff or other formats. The files are then digitally organized with an electronic Bates number allowing quick and efficient retrieval.

Electronic Duplication

There are two primary components to our Electronic Deduplication service.

• For files and e-mails that contain evidence, we process the files to reduce redundancy. For example, you might give us a hard drive with 250,000 e-mails, which we may be able to reduce down to a manageable number of say 100,000, that are pertinent to your case.
• Beyond filtering data for redundancy, we also are capable of filtering data based on relevance. The process, called DeNISTing, removes common operating system files and program files that are not user-created by checking them against a list created and updated by the National Institute of Standards and Technology. When discovery is required on a computer hard drive, deploying this method is essential to reducing the volume of data.
